A trip to Canton! I have gone to Canton many, many times and it is always great fun!
Today was beautiful! Sunshine and a cool breeze! It was not crowded! I was with fun girls- Amy, Sara, and Lindsey! I bought some really cute earrings and a matching necklace. Cute, cute stuff!I bought a few "projects" lol- I still need to finish the ones I bought last time. They will be finished!
I bought Kettle corn for Scott.

*Camping and a tornado.....
* with the kids-they were little, Scott and his parents.......it really was fun. My kids were great

It was my turn to host Keeno! I invited Angela to come join us. We laughed and laughed!
These girls are a riot and it is always full of laughter. I am so glad they invited me to be a part of the group.

We have lost our flag. It is in this house somewhere...It is big.......It is not wrapped or in a box......how can it be lost?


We had a nice lazy day! Scott grilled hamburgers and we had a houseful of friends-mostly teenage boys. We made lots of burgers and hotdogs.....lol

Crafty day! We went to Cre8joy's Creative Buffet today and made some awesome stuff.

Amy made a fun banner and a 'cool dog' layout. Her "sweet" mom made a cross, but used creams and reds and it turned out very pretty. Sara made a huge frame project. Spread your wings and fly! It has embossed metal, cool zebra stripes, painting, inking, modgepodgeing, glossy effects, and she did an awesome job on it! She is quiet the crafty girl! I made a really pretty flourish frame. The frame and the cross will be on the wall this weekend.

Sara was so inspired, she came home an started and completed!-this is amazing- a canvas project! Pictures to follow soon!

*Josh has the flu........

*Scott has worked 12 hours a day all week. He will be loving the 3 day weekend!

I am so excited that Kris Allen won American Idol! I will even admit I voted as many times as I could last night! I loved the song with Keith Urban! What an awesome experience to play with all of the legends that performed on the finale!

I think Jake should have done the AI experience in Disney. You won a front of the line pass to the next auditions.....He could be the next American Idol!!!!!!!!

Josh's summer style!

We booked the photographer today. An amazing young woman who loves the Lord. She is one of Sara's clients. Sara has been so blessed with many clients who are believers. I can't help but know it is God placing these people in her life.
Anna has a gift for taking gorgeous photos. We are really excited! and she has the sweetest little girl!

Now onto the next item........the list is long, the planning is fun!


I am working diligintly on my scrap room.....it will be organized.......soon!

Scrap Crop!

We had a fun crop today. Amy provided snacks, and drinks, and a table full of scraps. The challenge-create a 2 page layout using the scrap and 3 sheets of paper. I won a cute roll of ribbons and a photo album. Katy's sparkly blue man group, my Granbury layout, Angie's bright happy layout, Patti's was on her table, not glued down yet. It was a cute soccer layout.

And I completed a 2 page layout! GO me! And an official Biggest Loser weigh in....I guess I better get serious!

Epcot! The plan was to explore every country better this time. AND to eat our way around the World.
We ate orange chicken, an egg roll, and some kinda soup in China, a pretzel in Germany, Kaki Gori in Japan, a turkey and swiss sandwich, pizza- french bread, like a french bread pizza- duh, a chocolate chunk, chip, cookie in France. and we were full-
We enjoyed the British Invasion.
We watched Wishes from the beach at the Poly.

Bright and way too early- we headed for the airport! On our way to Disney World.

We had a good flight, took Magical Express- and lost mine and Jake's luggage.........
It did show up a few hours later!

Open for extra magic hours- until 2am.

They took the creepy white masks off the Spectro Magic creepy white faced things!

National Scrapbooking Weekend!
Cupcake Crop at Cross Timbers!
We had delicious cupcakes-pink lemonade, banana split, chocolate, chocolate with peanut butter and caramel, and pops! Yum!
It was fun and I didn't get much accomplished but I had an amazing time!
